Baby Recall Check

About the data

Every recall comes from the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission's public recall database, read through its API on November 6, 2026. We searched CPSC for 18 kinds of baby and child products and kept 901 recalls whose own title, product names or description name a baby or child item, from 1976 to 2026.

A recall page copies CPSC's record: the hazard, the remedy, the units, where it was sold, and the companies involved, with CPSC's notice linked at the top. We add nothing. If anything differs from CPSC's notice, CPSC is right.

Car seats are regulated by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, so some car seat recalls appear only on NHTSA's recall lookup. Food and infant formula recalls are the FDA's and are not covered here.
